Collaboration in the Classes

Collaboration with a multinational corporation

We have been collaborating with Micron Memory Japan, LLC. based in Hirgashi-Hiroshima, in an introductory course for graduate students "Understanding Diversity and Inclusion".
In the 2019 academic year, students visited the company. They exchanged opinions with employees about the company's efforts to promote diversity and how to work together with diverse employees.
In AY2020, students met with workers online, and learned how the workers collaborate with diverse employees in terms of life events, languages, and abilities/disabilities.
We are to continue our collaboration in the future.
